It is our aim not just to supply you with a machine, but to deliver the optimum solution for your production requirements. For this reason, for us, a customer project starts before a machine is ordered and does not finish when the machine is delivered.
FELSS Service Covers:
- Application and process know-how, to give expert advice during the development phase of a product or workpiece.
- Prototyping: producing samples or small batches quickly and under conditions that are close to those that would be later used for volume production.
- Manufacturing process concept: individually developed, taking account of peripheral effects of your working environment.
- Project management by an expert allocated to your project that you can contact during the entire building period of your machine, to answer your questions and respond to any requests for changes, up to the time of delivery of your machine.
- Customer service: to provide quick emergency cover and the supply of spare parts. We offer maintenance contracts and provide Teleservice. The aim is to ensure a high level of availability of the equipment, and to keep down costs for maintenance.
