ROTAFORM are leaders in cold forming of tube and rod. Rotary swaging is our speciality. Alongside this we offer other types of cold forming such as axial extrusion of tooth forms, and high precision horizontal pressing, the newly developed tangential forming, and rolling. The materials used are mild, low and high alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminium, and almost all other non-ferrous metals.
We supply partial or fully completed difficult workpieces in small and medium size batches from 4 locations in Europe and in the USA, namely ROTAFORM GmbH in Germany, ROTAFORM AG in Switzerland, ROTAFORM LLC in the USA, all under the umbrella of FELSS Holding GmbH.
For many years ROTAFORM has been an approved supplier to many renowned companies. Amongst other products, we have supplied large numbers of safety-dependent workpieces for internationally operating system suppliers to the automobile industry.
